Out of mind, she stood on the corner waiting for redemption
And spoke of ducks and birds
“On the other side of the duck’s quack there are eggs
Until they’re hatched, birds may never be birds.”
A thousand words falls flat if no action is taken.
Louder than words even when spoken in hushed tones
“There’s fire in the moss lit by the sun.
Run deep into the woods.
“Is not gold the splinter in humanity’s ego?”
The eye of the beholder is not where she wants to live.
Less work is the best medicine and laughter and friendship
“A silver lining is just a silver lining. It means nothing.
With one step you can change the world.”
