Our parents getting us gifts every year throwing out our old ones not knowing that the ocean you soon will learn to swim in will be covered in plastic.
We complained about the paper straws at restaurants not knowing it was the bare minimum humans were doing to slow the clock.
We were just kids but now we’re grown and have to do something not being oblivious to what’s happening before our eyes
Soon kids will not be able to go outside anymore taking away their childhood.
The education about animals not knowing what a turtle or polar bear is.
Going to the beach for the first time but instead of seeing the crystal blue water seeing plastic.
