Wonders of the World

Location

The wonders of the world
Yearning to be explored
Natural beauty
In all its essence
Mountains
Hills
Trees
Creeks
Lakes
Oceans
And a host of others
Flowers blooming
Grass growing
Wind blowing
Rain falling
The sun shining
The sun setting
All play a part
In the work of art
That is our world
When this beauty
Is destroyed
Or polluted
Or taken advantage of
The world suffers
We suffer
The place we call home
Loses its luster
Loses its soul
The goal should be
To preserve this world
For the generations to come
So let’s do what needs to be done
